Shipping and payment

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Germany only.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is free. There are no additional shipping or packaging charges. The price shown in the shop is the final price including 19 % statutory VAT.

Delivery time

Delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days after the contract is concluded (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We ship from Germany.

Start of the delivery period

For payment methods with immediate payment (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay), the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded or after the payment order is issued, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day takes its place.

Payment methods

You can pay with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The available payment methods are shown to you at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Partial deliveries

If you order several items, we may ship them in more than one parcel depending on availability. This does not result in any additional shipping costs for you.

Shipping perfume

Perfume contains alcohol and is classified as a flammable liquid in transport (UN 1266, class 3). We ship exclusively in limited quantities in accordance with section 3.4 ADR, in tested outer packaging and with the prescribed labelling. Nothing changes for you – the parcel arrives like any other. For safety reasons, shipping by air freight and to parcel lockers is not possible.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by the shipping service provider and for which we are not responsible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately at bestellungen@ombrefeu.de so that we can look into it and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
