Giveaway terms and conditions

1. Organiser
The organiser of the giveaway is Firat Tarti, Ombre & Feu Fragrance (sole proprietorship), Welper Str. 13A, 49377 Vechta, Germany, email: info@ombrefeu.de.
2. Entry and closing date
Entry is free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods or services. Anyone who signs up to the Ombre & Feu Fragrance waiting list with their email address by 31 October 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CET) and completes the sign-up via the confirmation link in the confirmation email (double opt-in) is automatically entered. Sign-ups that have not been confirmed by the closing date do not take part.
Anyone who signed up before these terms were published also takes part; there is no need to sign up again.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple sign-ups using different email addresses by the same person will be excluded from the draw.
3. Eligibility
Eligible to enter are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany or Austria. The organiser, their relatives and any persons involved in running the giveaway are excluded.
4. Prize
One bottle of Ombre Feu Braise #1, eau de parfum, 50 ml with a value of EUR 79.90 will be given away. The prize will be shipped free of charge to a delivery address in Germany or Austria.
Payment in cash, exchange or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded.
5. Draw and notification of the winner
The draw will take place on 1 November 2026 by random selection among all validly registered entrants as at the closing date. The winner will then be notified at the email address provided at sign-up.
If the winner does not respond with a complete delivery address within 14 days of the notification being sent, the claim to the prize lapses and a new winner will be drawn.
6. Announcement on Instagram
The organiser will announce on their Instagram channel that the giveaway has taken place. The winner's surname, first name or other personal data will only be published if the winner has given prior express and separate consent. Without such consent, the announcement will be made without naming the winner.
7. Exclusion from participation
The organiser reserves the right to exclude entrants who use impermissible aids, breach these terms and conditions or provide false information. Where applicable, prizes may also be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively in such cases.
8. Data protection
The data collected at sign-up (email address and, if you win, additionally name and delivery address) is processed solely for the purpose of running the giveaway and shipping the prize. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Signing up to the waiting list also constitutes consent to receive emails about the product launch (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email; unsubscribing after the closing date does not affect the entry already made.
Once the giveaway has concluded and the prize has been shipped, the data collected for delivery will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
9. Early termination and changes
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice for good cause, in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In this case, entrants have no claims against the organiser.
10. Miscellaneous
Recourse to the courts is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
11. No connection with Instagram
This giveaway is in no way connected with Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is neither sponsored, endorsed nor organised by them. The sole contact for all questions about the giveaway is the organiser named under section 1.
